There is no denying to the fact, that globally the closest encounter with pandemic has been those of frontline health workers, they were left with no choice, unlike others, and this difference was even starker when there was the first lock down period. That is when seeing how vulnerable this population is , Department of mental health and behavioral sciences of Paras Hospital, took this initiative of an online outreach programmer of screening the frontline workers of the hospital. The aim of the study was to identify the distress levels of HCW, understand the causality of the same, and intervene accordingly with Psychiatric review and Psychotherapy.
