Abstract

Introduction

Dairy farming is actually started in the early 12,000 years ago as a basic food source and later they realized that the cattle which were used they must be domesticated cows for dairy farming. The current dairy farming is started in 1900 after the development of the pasteurization widely. The main source of pasteurization is to keep the food hygienic and to avoid it from infection by bacterial and fungus. This process is done by heating the product which removes the bacterial microorganisms contains in the food and beverages and in this process there is no adding in any type of chemicals. The dairy farming is started earlier in different countries for the production of cheese and buttermilk mostly in summer. Some of the countries which have most high production of milk those countries are china, Nigeria, Australia etc. but India has the large number of dairy cows and European as the second largest number of dairy cows they were used for the different types of milk products. Most of the countries make more money and they also import the products from one country to another country.

Coming to the dairy life of the animals were treated like the raw materials and also give painful medications to produce more milk more than there capacity and they forcible impregnated every year that is too painful of the animals. This procedure should be not followed by the dairy farm it is because to gain more and more money in the process of business. Basically it leads to the over stock and the market results in the lower the rate of the milk and it is also effect to the farmers who does the farming faithfully. The milk is produced by different types of cows and most and major good milk is produced by the jersey cows.

Early in the times there is no dairy farm and till some of them have their own cows which they have no grass to eat nearby and they used to buy the grass and feed the cows and later they hand milking the milk and sell them in the market early in the morning, Compared to dairy man can milk dozen cows a day but companies have hundreds of cows but they can’t produce more if they want they should hire more employees but later milking pipeline is introduced and the milk is automatically filled in the container. This pipeline system basically reduces the man power and stress of the workers. It is harmful for the cows if the milking is done over the limit. When the animal is milked out and the milker should be removed. The best thing in this milking pipeline is the milking is done very fast compared to hand milking and it takes 2-3 minutes some cows take more time up to 15 minutes but this is not lead to the quality of milk produced by the cow. The quality of the milk depends on the food given to the cows and the quality of the products also depends on the food. These are the brief discussion of the dairy farm and the most important subsistence of the dairy products.
