Education is the process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. Formal education is commonly divided into stages such as preschool or kindergarten and others. First educators are the parents or we can say the family, which is the basic unit in society traditionally consisting of two parents rearing their children. So the education is very important to build personality of the children. To measure self-confidence in the kids, the author has chosen kids in two groups for a competition and finally had one winner group and a loser group. When there was a discussion with both groups, the reason for win group at the competition and why others failed was found out. This question pushes to look after the circumstances, which are very important for parents to be able to give chance to their kids to express their self and communicate openly and effectively with their children. When parents communicate effectively with their children, they are showing them respect. Children then begin to feel that they are heard and understood by their parents, which is a boost to their self-esteem. In our lives we make many decisions that affect our life which is the result of taking decisions. If the decisions are correct, then we have achieved success and progress in our lives or in any field and if the decisions were wrong, then they produce problems that lead us back or to the starting point. In all spheres of life, in order to make any decision we must be confident of ourselves in order to advance and reach the goal. Self-confidence plays a very important role in a person’s life, as it is what determines the success or failure of the individual. Self-confidence is really very important to build a child’s personality.
