The oldest governmental organization in our country is the Union Parishad (UP). The organization is developing with time. Its organizational design has undergone numerous changes in order to become more centered on people and responsive to rural development and poverty eradication. Our local governments are becoming more robust as constraints increase. Organization promoting the country's balanced development. We urgently require a robust UP with active committee participation.
